Project Overview
Heritage Realty commissioned Erik to photograph the interiors of their first U.S. retail location in Seattle — a space designed to balance softness and precision, retail clarity and material warmth. The goal was to create imagery that could support editorial press while also translating seamlessly across brand channels, from trade shows and window installations to digital and social use.
The interior photography focuses on light, rhythm, and repetition, allowing the architecture, custom fixtures, and product displays to read clearly without distraction. Rather than amplifying the space through spectacle, the work centers on how the store feels to move through — open, considered, and quietly expressive.
In addition to photographing the completed interior, Erik was engaged to extend the brand’s visual language through post-production work on existing campaign assets. This included removing studio elements, refining reflections, and integrating atmospheric sky and cloud details into mirrored surfaces — creating images that felt expansive and intentional while remaining grounded in the physical reality of the space. Together, the work provided FRANKiE4 with a cohesive visual system that supported press coverage, in-store presentation, and brand storytelling across multiple formats.
